Amazing solugion. Thanks a lot. You can also get the ID going to the Site Pages library settings, it's by the end of the URL.

You made a bit of a meal of this: you don't need PowerShell, just put Site Pages (with a space between the words) in the get files (properties only) action.

Thank you for this update. It seems Microsoft fixed something, as this was not working on some tenants I was working on. I've tested it in my environment and on another one with another language setting. In the english setting it worked, but in another language the library is named differently. So it works also if you know exactly the name, depending on the language setting and the guid would be another quite sure way to get to that result.

Thank you for your solution but I would like to export the file as an excel file so I can see the page names and their version numbers from the sitepages. Is this possible?
@MarkusSchiller Жыл бұрын
Hi Valerie, the output you get will be a body with an array in it. You would need to cycle through this array and add it to a pre-existing Excel table. I have described a similar task in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mGiZlWWmrdJqfZo If you go to your site pages list (like https:/my-sharepoint.com/SitePages/), there's actually already a built in function to export this list to Excel. Sadly, the version column is not exported, but if you don't really need it, you can use this as a starting point.

@@MarkusSchiller thank you for the speedy reply. The version number is the most important part of the export. Any ideas how I can get that exported.

@@valerielevison9697 I think I found a quite good solution. Go to your SitePages-List in SharePoint. Add a new calculated column and name it "Version2" (or however you like) and in the "Formula" field, simply enter " [Version] ". It will then generate a new column, which holds the version number. You can then use the "Export to Excel" function with the query that will give you all the data you need.
