For a high school player that graduated early as did Will Howard it shows you how important the K State culture is , the same can be said for Cooper Beebe and many others over the years. Coach Snyder laid the foundation with the 16 goals which will last a lifetime.

Both offense and defense were great when they needed to be great. Considering the % of production that both sides were missing, it was a sound performance.

I don't agree with a "C" game for Avery Johnson. He had numerous drops which he can't control. He made a bunch of high IQ plays where he bought time running away and then just dumped the ball to save the sack yardage when there was nothing there. If you take away all the inclpletions that were simply throw aways and drops, he only has 3 or 4 incompletions.

I don’t agree with Riles as full OC. Too often it felt like I was watching a Courtney Messingham offense. If there’s one way to lose Avery or Blake Barnett that’s how to do it. Also, the receiver room is a problem. Middleton has had them for two years and I see regression everywhere. They’ve lost out on available receivers in the portal and that’s when they know we have absolute studs at QB for the coming years. Call Willie Korn from Liberty and don’t look back. If we want to play with the big boys we have to be innovative not overly loyal to the coaching tree.
