I’ve been following (finishing) slipform machines for over 21 years now. A Barber-Green machine, Con-Former and now either a Power Curber 5700B or 5700C MAX. Depending on the job. It may seem very easy for the masons behind the machine. I can tell you this. There is a LOT to fix. These videos don’t show corners or small parking lots. That is when the masons earn their money. It’s a lot of work and very rough on your back. Sure... you don’t have to set forms. That helps the company get a lot more footage each day but the faster the machine pours the more there is to finish. So it saves a ton of time but does NOT make less work. Love the video guys.
