Thanks for a great workout Lauren! Even aftert all the seated workouts I've done with the PFP team. I am still amazed at the intensity that they can provide. This was challenging in all areas: Core, Cognition, Cardio and Coordination, even while seated! Hey! it's the 4 Cs again! lol Thank you for your dedication and work to keep us Moving and Shouting!

Funny you say that Eric - I was thinking the same thing - this really covered the 4 "C"'s too, in addition to my main focus which was trying to be more intentional in our moves and making them big and strong. Thanks for pointing that out. I think other participants would like to know they will be getting a lot out of this video. Thanks for sharing your comments and for your hard work and dedication.

Thank you - yes that fine motor finger exercise is great for dexterity but also a great cognitive exercise to challenge and strengthen your brain. Keep up the good work. Thanks for your comments.
