i just bought 2 of the 12v 100ah LiTime trolling motor batteries and so far so good. I could have used the 36v battery but the added cost of a 36v charger put it out of reach. My Garmin Force TM will now pull my 18'9" bass boat at just under 4mph for as long as you want with no complaints from the batteries. My old lead acid batteries could only go about 3.5mph for a few hundred yards before I would get an orange battery warning light on the TM.

Sounds like you have a nice setup. Yes the 36v charger does add quite a bit 👍

Would this single 36V battery last longer than 2 12V 100ah batteries in series (Both setups being LiTime batteries)? I also have a Garmin force. So I'm curious on your thoughts. Have you ran yours on 24v and 36v to see the difference? If so what was the difference in speed and battery consumption between 24v and 36v? Thanks. Awesome work on your videos you earned a subscriber my friend.

Hello 2x100Ah 12v batteries are 2,560Wh of power. 1x55Ah 36v battery is 2,112Wh of power. So the 2x100Ah batteries are more capacity, but there is some efficiency to be gained by running on 36v. I do not have efficiency details available on that motor, but I would expect pretty similar run times overall. That said. It's easier to use a multi-bank charger to charge 2 12v batteries versus a dedicated 36v charger. However, the single 36v battery takes up less space and runs the motor more efficiently. With either option, you won't be able to kill the battery in a full 12+ hour day of reasonable (not crazy current) fishing. Take a look at which attributes are most interesting to you. Hope that helps, -Michael

How do the Li Time compare to the MillerTech's you reviewed last year? I am leaning toward the MillerTech, but the price of these make them very attractive. You have had both, do you see any difference?

So far I have had good luck with the LiTime. I have much more run time on the MillerTech without any issues. I've not seen any performance differences, just no bluetooth on the LiTime 55Ah.

Sorry to sound stupid . If I have (3) lead acid setup 36v trolling motor. Do I buy 3 36v lithiums or just 1?
@goodmanfishing4 күн бұрын
Fair question! You would replace the three lead acid batteries with one 36v battery in this case.

Any recommendations for a 36v Bluetooth monitor for this battery

LiTime has a traditional shunt battery monitor that works. You can also check out the Amped Outdoors Bluetooth one www.amazon.com/dp/B0C6K4J7Q4/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_FR1BKZBMPTNXXK2S2W76?linkCode=ml2&tag=goodmanfishin-20
