POWERFUL Airbus A350 CLOSE-UP Takeoffs | Melbourne Airport Plane Spotting

Melbourne Airport is currently the leading airport in Australia for A350 operations. So far we've attracted 3 airlines' A350s with number 4 (China Airlines) starting in April. The most popular time to see these new aircraft in action is definitely in the afternoon which is the timeframe of the aircraft featured in this film.
I recorded these aircraft at the threshold of runway 34, which provides some great opportunities to get right up close to the aircraft in action. I filmed this with a high zoom to enhance the mesmerising feeling from seeing these big metal birds in action!
Without further ado, I hope you enjoy these powerful A350s taking off from close-up!

Outstanding portrayal of the A350's at Melbourne, close ups were incredible and the sound was top notch, those two 34 spots really offer great views of the planes if you're high enough, 7 minutes of perfection with wonderful cutaways in between, deserves many many views! Liked it! TK

A very elegant aircraft, love the tech on the modern crop of airliners from both Airbus and Boeing. The RR engines are built around 40 miles from where i live, The A350 wings around 70 miles away and Boeing have a research centre in my neighbourhood here in the UK.

Opening shot of Cathay's A350 on climb out (full wing span in frame), is beautiful. Its a keeper - for print or screen saver. Lighting is awesome. HongKong Airlines is the first (and only) A350 into LAX. Was able to get a photo a few mornings back. A350 is a beautiful airplane. Cheers....

Not so sure of the management ethos these days, especially after the MAX. So with the Queen gone, safety comes to my mind, so I pick the A350./A380 and A320/21

I absolutely love the A350, it’s one of my favourite aircraft I’ve ever seen, I wish Qantas would pick it up to team up with the 787 where it needs a bit more capacity. Excellent video mate very well done, liked it.
