Dear Rasa the most wonderful person in my life. Two months ago I received medical news that has prevented me from getting more than 3 hours of sleep a day and I easiely have a negative attitude as if I'm in charge. Since I received the notification and listened to this new meditation I've fallen asleep or found a blissful place part way through the Aura Therapy. I went into deep sleep and I woke up during the seventh layer. I felt soooooo heavy at that point and it was very difficult to come back to my senses, understand what was going on and to have control over my body again. I don’t understand, but something different happened.
