@@priyak757I tried something in life .. so I would like to share it with u .. take one positive thought .. probably of gratitude.. eg.I thank God for.. this knowledge.. of om.. etc..First try to keep this thought...during meditation.. as well.as all through out the day .. give urself a 2min break every couple of hours & give gratitude.. .. ur thoughts will run off in many directions.. but trying keeping focus.. after 3 days u will see great results....

@Priya K, I think @smita chhetri have given a very good answer to your question. As there are many was to achieve same thing, one of the thing I can suggest, if your thoughts are roaming around, is to concentrate on your breath or even start counting them for first few minutes and then slowly move your concentration towards the center of your forehead, slowly by practising everyday you will see the difference.
