Incredible, before this I consistently would meditate 5-10 minutes at a time, it felt like i was frozen in time and i was almost surprised to see i made it to the end of this video! I just followed along and accomplished 15 minutes of meditation! Namaste 🙏

I would love nothing more than to meet you in person. You're voice is a dream to listen to while being guided. I found you looking for meditation for migraines and got stuck with the om meditation I come back often to calm down or battle pain. Thank you brother. I wish there were more of you around.

actually the symbol of AUM is Om. But in reality we pronounce saying AUM

Tie it with breath: Inhale word ooooooom Exhale mmmmmmm Slowly slowly body relaxes It should be natural and effortless Focus on brahmand or consider yourselves sitting near the beach etc Just create your own imagination so the word sounds sweet NOW YOU ARE PART OF THE UNIVERSE
