I recites Surah fateha 7 times Ayatul kursi 3 times Last two ayats surah Baqarah 3 times Last three quls 7 times Each time I finish each surah I spittle on my hands and swipe on my body. Anybody could do this ruqya on your self if you can't do by your own. I do above ruqya twicely morning and evening. And Astaghfirullah Al Al-lazi Al-lazi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyum Wa Atubu ilaih Above mentioned Astaghfar brought immense ease in my life and I have been cured 50% Alhamdulillah. Make this Astaghfar compulsory on yourself and recite it in abundance and make it your habit Once I was unable to speak like you. I was half dead

The prophet SAW said that Ain is real and it can cause death. So keep up your prayers, recitations and adhkar. Any one reading this who has jinn affliction and need some advice you might notice around 3am where the jinns bother you. It's usually a few hours before fajr leading up to fajr. If you spend around 2 or 3 hours at night around 11 am til 2 am reciting surah al baqarah, it should stop the vicious 3am attacks. Then at fajr make sure you recite the following: surah al fatiha x7, ayatul kursi x7, Amanah rasul x3, 3 quls x3 each And any extra dhikr you want to make for protection. Then you may notice during the day u ok until asr time. Make sure u reload on ur recitation before maghrib. Again recite surah al fatiha x7, ayatul kursi x7, Amanah rasul x3, three quls x3 and any other dhikr u need to do. The best thing to do in distress is to sincerely ask Allah for forgiveness. Pray tahajjud if u can, if u find it hard then remember your Lord is always attentive to the duas you make, regardless. U can additionally spend a week having 7 dates in the mornings, drink zam zam water, and making sure u recite falaq and naas blow on your hands, wipe over your body every night before bed. Be conscious to say bismillah for every action. Your situation isn't permanent and Allah has blessed you in disguise by this test. May Allah cure you. Ameen. Here is a dua u might like to recite: Bismillahi Arqeek, min kulli shai'in yuhdhik, min sharri kulli aw 'ainin haasid, Allahu yashfiq, bismillahi Arqeek

@@008boot6 do u fall asleep when u start reciting? Then spread out your recitation throughout the day which will make it manageable for u. For example u recite ayatul kursi. About 15 mins later recite again... and then again until u reach your quota of recitation. The prophet SAW has recommended falaq and Naas blow on your hands wipe all over your body. If u have any concerns or worries please ask I've been through all this and my family are suffering. I have some insight. Also can u do hijama? Cupping? Go ahead and do so if u can.
