I've been dealing with DPDR anxiety and depression for years now and have only recently been getting better through meditation and I always listen to this channel. I discovered this abt 20 months ago. Used the guided version first so I knew how to visualise it. This one and the 1 hr is my preference. My shaman would call me with drum beats eg. lying in bed I’d hear the mattress springs drum or absentmindedly finding myself drumming my fingers on a table, a tap on the foot etc. I have had some amazing experiences from questions answered to flying like a bird over landscapes, being taught many things like how to heal and so on. Of all the visions and 5D experiences this is when I have had the best experiences. Thank you 🙏

Whoa, I ended up experiencing an entire journey in less than 5 minutes, but dang, that was crazy! I felt enveloped in a series of red, orange, and yellow colors and then in a lush emerald green chasm that soon became visible and I was running through a cyan colored ruins area with vines and vegetation scaling pillars. From there, I was presented with a blue carpet that lifted me high into the air and was floating through an area that kept alternating between blue and white cubes flying erratically. What a journey! Definitely gotta do that again, because i never felt so relaxed doing something so hectic.
