Our culture, identity, and way of life has been stripped away and our sisters and mothers have been raped while our fathers n brothers have been put into bondage. We have to lift these curses. I listened to this twice, first was just listening and the other was mediation. For a long time I've been very hesitant and even scared to reach out to my ancestors but as I was mediating two came up to me one was doing the chant and the other was shaking a necklace going along with the music. She put one over my neck and then another necklace. The man continued to chant and at the end the woman gave me a large gold crown! She looked at me and said "you have the power, and we are now here" I cried and said thank you. This is the best thing I could have done and I'm no longer afraid!!!
