I was cleaning my balcony in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario. At around 3:00 PM I missed a call from my mom. She was trying to call to warn me of a bad storm coming in. I was sitting on my balcony facing west towards the beach/river, watching the wind pick up and the thunder sounding closer. The lightning got brighter as it got darker out, then there was a scary roar of the wind. I barely had time to get to my balcony door before the storm was blowing debris all around. I stood in the balcony door frame for the rest of the video. I can be heard comforting my cat (she was traumatized.)

Holy shit! So I wasn't just misremembering an incident I went through back in the early 1980s when I was sitting in my first grade classroom. and I saw the clouds rush in like a giant garage door was closing horizontally over the sky with a terrifying screaming wind and immediately a violent thunderstorm pummeled the area right when the school day was ending.. My Skeeewl decided to send all of us home in this violent weather (most of us lived in the neighborhood and walked) and I had to scream and beg the teachers not to send me home. They relented and called my mom to come pick me up. On the way home we ended up on a street with a massive thick tree that was knocked across it completely blocking all passage. To this day I am wondering wondering what the skool was thinking trying to send anyone out in weather like that, and I am disturbed that there are incidents of stuff like this happening across America to this very day.

I grew up in the northwest of Illinois, now I'm stuck in Az. When the clouds turn different colors you know it's serious, but damn I miss this kind of rainfall.

i've lived long to know how tornados and hurricane looks like, but boy this one did traumatize me.. it broke our family tree we had since and it was cut in half by the wind, it damaged little of the roof and now anytime it heavy rains, it leaks through that hole. but nobody in my family was injured, neither was i. hopefully everyone is okay since the terrifying storm..

I have a question when it comes to these huge channels, how do they function? They seem to always be posting videos, 24/7, 365, they don’t seem to have a set schedule but they grow huge. How do they do that? I can’t find the answer online? Is it a single person that runs these channels or is it a team? Is it even humans or are they bots?
@nfwchopped42

If you go the About section on their channel they tell you how they operate and that they’re a network of buying and selling videos. Just some quick info

basically any video you've seen that has tons of views, say from like some mom filming her kids, or just some random dude making a quick 1 minute video doin something cool, X company, in this case ViralHog, messages the person saying they'll buy the rights to the video for a sum of cash, and now that person no longer owns the video, but it can still be on their channel. the original creators then have to put a licensing notification in their video description, basically saying they have to contact X company to buy the rights(yet again) to re-post the video. X company also posts the video on their channel for more free views for more revenue to the company directly. next time you find a video with a few hundred thousand/a million or so views, check the description. you'll usually be able to find out if they sold their video or not. it's a pretty obvious description message.

@@coysonn no no I get that, I get all that but WHO messages? Is it a single person running the business? Is it Chinese kids with computers in the basement of a abandoned hospital, who runs all this?
