In the first part he is talking about Ketu representing holy flag. Go to a place of worship probably with a holy flag and visit temple every month or so. Ketu marks your attendance. About second rememdy he is saying its better to cover your head with a handkerchief/scarf/cap when you visit temple to conserve that energy better. Also you can wear it for more concentration or during meetings etc if you feel like but mostly for religious poojas and paath. Hope it helps :)
