I have a few questions. When we are writing about the qualities, should we name the person and say 'XYZ is the person I love, he is extremely loyal, he is fun loving,he loves animals, and so on'. And when we are writing about ourselves how do we go about it. Is it 'Qualities that make people fall in love with me: I am a healer, I am a good listener, etc?' After that, when we are writing about experience, should we write it as a journal entry 'Today XYZ and I kept talking for hours. We love to chat with one another at the end of a tiring day. He makes my days better.' then next journal entry again, say 'Today he asked me on a date, I am so grateful that we are getting to spend time with each other'. Is this process right? Also, I just want to mention that if you're reading it everyday, don't obsess over it. Just feel light and let it go. If you obsess over it you will be subconsciously focusing on the lack of it. Just be grateful as if it is happening in present.

Dear AJ I am blessed seeing your amazing videos I really believe this worked out for many people as I was reading so many comments below and I am sure this will work out for me as well. I broke up with my ex about a month and half ago but we were still in contact until last Wednesday which is about 5 day before then She asked me to leave her alone and we are not getting back together.
