Powerful Testimony from Jean UK | I saw Our Lady on Cross Mountain Medjugorje

In 1987, 3 of our pilgrimage group from the US were blessed to see Our Lady on the final day of our visit. We were not near each other at the time, yet what we witnessed was identical-after the dance of the sun during the apparition in Medjugorje, the 3 of us saw Our Lady, huge in the sky, all gold with hands folded at first, then opened like Our Lady of Grace! Thanks be to God, for His wonders never cease!

At the age of 20 I became Catholic, having married a Catholic. Also my sister married a Catholic man, and today we still love our faith dearly. I'm going to be 81 next month and she is 2 years younger than me. Both our husbands have passed away, but we have wonderful children and grandchildren that keep us happy. I have seen the Blessed Mother three times in the '70s when I was suffering very much through different challenges. She is such a loving Mother and is always there to help us. So I asked God to bless everyone and keep us safe in these very precarious times we live in. Let us cling to the Lord and Our Lady and have no fear because we know that they watch over us because we try to have a sincere relationship with them in our prayers and in our sincerity Olof relationship... and we want to bring other souls to them. My aunt owned a very big beauty salon and was very successful. She went to Medjugorje and came back and sold everything and she enters a monastery and wears clothes like a nun. She got rid of all her glamorous clothes, high heels, makeup, house, boyfriend, her business. She said she finally found peace now.

I took 8 months of private instructions once a week and a month before I was married I had my first Holy Communion and then at age 20 I married my Catholic husband. Brilliant testimony. You said Brilliant testimony. You said something that I've said to many people after visiting Medjugorje. That its a peace of heaven on earth. I had not heard it from anyone. I thought it was my own description based on my personal experience. But now, you've said it. But I like what you said about your problem with Medjugorje, namely, not wanting to leave. I completely agree. The first time I went there, on the last night I went to the Statue of Our Lady in front of the Church and I wept like a baby, because I just didnt want to leave and I left terribly cheated that I could not stay longer. But I felt like she consoled me and told me that I would be back again and that she would make it happen for me. And lo and behold, I was back there a year later and stayed there for over a month. And this time I knew I was going to come back every year for the rest of my life or as long as my health would permit. I know she will make this work. Ive been to both Lourdes and Fatima more than once and they are wonderful. But Medjugorje is unique. It is 'my' place. It is my spiritual home on earth. It is where my Mother is. Loved this video, but didn’t like her saying why should I visit Fatima. Fatima has been approved by the church. Our blessed mother can appear anywhere. I’m not doubting Madjigori , but simply saying that we shouldn’t ignore previous validated apparitions.

She did not mean it like this. She meant Medjugorje is the continuation of Fatima so she goes directly through continuation. Fatima is not negative for her. She values it.

I feel envy when I listen to people who tell their storirs about priests taking an interest in teaching and supporting laity. That is something I miss greatly. No priests who care about individuals. They just say Mass and that is all

Why only monthly confession, surly if you claim to be christian you should repent of your sin straight away to God

We do have the ability to turn directly to God as Catholics and cry out for mercy. As often as we feel the need to confess. However, the sacrament graces from speaking our sins out loud to an ordained priest is where the graces flow and we can hear back audibly the absolution of the priest and perhaps get a bit of counsel or encouragement that we cannot get from ourselves. Mortal sins should be confessed out loud to Persona Christ, the ordained priest acting on behalf of our risen Savior. We cannot give ourselves the graces of the sacraments. We must receive them from the body of Christ through His priest.

God already knows everything that we do - I apologise each night to God for anything that I may have done and am sorry for . Once a month I do go to confession with a priest, occasionally it may be more frequent but generally it is one month
