I was on a pilgrimage at Lourdes with 3 other girls from my church. We were sitting in the seats waiting our turn to go in the healing baths. As I sat there quietly I asked Mother Mary to appear to me. Within seconds I saw her clear as day, huge in the sky and she stayed there for about 5 seconds and then slowly disappeared into the clouds. When she was gone I told the 2 girls next to me that I saw our Blessed Mother. They said “I know we saw her too”. It was so beautiful. At the time I had a small addiction that I was trying to wean myself off for years. When I came home from the pilgrimage I never needed that drug again, no withdrawals, no cravings. That was the miracle Mary gave to me.

I have spent the last 2O yrs as an Non- Ordained Chaplain in The Mater Misericordiae University Hospital in Dublin. I have just come out from visiting a dying patient on one of the wards, siting next to him was his Son who appeared very attentive to him. However, he explained to me it wasn't always like this, as he was a recovering drug addict of many years and whom he also lost 2 of his siblings to drugs. Ten years he found him self on top of cross mountain in Medugorge . He did not expect to see anything nor was he searching to find anything .. but what he experienced was a tremendous deep peace and a deep love in his heart . He never missed returning back to say thanks to our blessed Lady for everything she has done for him and how he has become such a true witness to his deep faith and has return to this holy place each year thereafter. Let us pray for all people who continue to search for meaning in their lives. May the Holy Spirit touch their hearts and show them to the true love of our blessed lady and her only begotten son.

I traveled to Medugorje with my mother . it was an amazing holy trip with a group of people . we went on a coach . we got stopped on the border . we prayed to the holy spirit as a group . they let us pass . there is more places I didn't see on your posts. I found God. I am carrying my cross . I prayed to our mother to become a priest . however God had other plans for me. I remember climbing on top of the hill . I started to cry and cry as I started to touch the cross . my mother taught me to do the Rosary by heart and the Divine mercy at 3pm . I miss medugorje so much. I live my life and help others the best way I know how. God is Good . All the time . ❤

Thanks Fr Murphy & Tom. Father Murphy gave mention of the Holy Spirit coming down like the dew fall (He don’t see it but our Lord is present in the Eucharist) This may be of interest: On the morning of 7th October 1997 at English mass our Lord blessed me in many ways but one in particular was I got to see the “dew fall “ onto the altar from heaven. It actually was like tiny golden droplets with little flickers occasionally of orange ,perhaps as the sunlight hit them . I didn’t know the term “ like the dew fall” I called the mist,It fell onto the altar as father held up the host for consecration. Why did I get to see it? I believe our Lord had responded to my prayer from the night before , whilst we were guest at Marija’s for her evening apparition. I prayed “please Jesus & or Mary ,help me understand the mass and the rosary ?“ I was and am still just an ordinary bloke who never expected to be blessed especially ,as only a few days before I stood trembling at the doors of st James church ,so unworthy to enter as it was for holy people ,Catholics who had faith and worshiped God. Love immense love I didn’t know it back then ,until father welcomed everyone to mass on this the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary. Outside after mass I received my first pair of rosary’s given to me via my now wife at the request of a priest. I love my faith! God bless you both. Ps like father looking forward to heading back there in June.

Thank you so much for explaining how the Rosary is a weapon, I was so impressed that I wrote it down to explain to anyone who wants to know how it's a weapon. 😍 Here's what I wrote. Reason to persist in saying all 4 sets of mysteries of the Rosary It would be like you saying to a person, for example: "Michael Pat John do you remember the day I beat you so badly in tennis you didn't win a set?" and every time you saw them you started saying "Michael Pat John, you remember the day I beat you in tennis you didn't win anything?". After a while they'll avoid you. When you take the Rosary in your hands, Satan has to retrieve he can't stand it because it's telling him how he lost the victory over Jesus Christ. If we just stopped at the sorrowful mysteries, yes it was over, but! he did rise and he is with us; so this is why our lady continues to say, that the rosary is a weapon against evil. That is beautiful Reverend Father Murphy .Thank you for sharing your testimony. I believe Our Blessed Mother Mary or appearing in Medjugoria i have been about 3 times .I have prayed there myself and friends we climbed to the cross and stayed all night and prayed the rosary for our Lady's intentions and for the world. sang after each decade we were in a group we had plastics to shelter holding plastics around us to keep warm we never moved untill 6am the following morning it was an over night vigil.we were blessed by keeping our Lady company . I did not see her . but we know her presence was with us. That was a few years ago. We listened to a lot of testomies true story . Confessions and holy Mass is important when visiting it's getting away from the world there is plenty to do lots of walks something for everyone meeting the local people. it's completely different to Lourdes I have helped some years ago as a nurse retired now . but if anyone gets the chance to visit either of these pilgrimages don't miss out I would encourage you. to go

@@TeresaNealon Yes Teresa, Medjugorje has always been open to pilgrims for Christmas and yes you can stay in a Pansion/Hotel and yes you can get transfers to and from airport! No direct flights though from Ireland.

Twenty years ago I attended a prayer meeting in the Church of Saint Thomas, Abercynon, South Wales, UK. There were ten of us present including the Priest, Father Michael Cronin. At the end of the prayers, the Holy Face of the Shroud of Turin appeared around the Crucifix on the Altar. It is something we will always remember. IESU BENDIGEDIG (Wonderful Jesus). Omg I went to Medjorgorie in 1990 also! I saw miracles to. My rosary bead links turned gold also. This to me was a sign telling me to pray the rosary every day.
