Thanks I wanted to see if there's a motherboard number, actually on the motherboard. There's a sticker on mine in an easily visible place on the aluminium chassis, visible as soon as you remove the back, with a number that matches the right format for a motherboard number.. but something told me this wasn't actually the motherboard number.. Your vid clearly shows the real motherboard number I was checking for.. 6050A2728501-MB-A01.. on the BACK of the board :-( so I'm going to have to strip the whole machine to confirm exactly what mine says, because I'm replacing a BIOS chip and don't want to mess up ordering the wrong one. Your vid gives me the confidence to attempt the job! (Looks like the motherboard could be removed and replaced without undoing the 4 spring-loaded heatsink screws, keeping the fan and motherboard together throughout as one unit? Save my having to redo the grease?) Good work Friend
