How high can you go without putting the wall ties?

Great question, Shon! Our standard wall-tied system must be tied in right away, and then again every 15 ft or less. However, our freestanding system (not shown in this video) can be used untied up to 46 ft (platform height) indoors and 27 ft (platform height) outdoors. The poles are too close to the wall, the plank should be in between the wall and and poles.

Gus, It is possible to extend the ties out or substitute longer ones. The platform can be up to 50ft long as long as the total weight is under 1500lbs. Our Power Pole allows you to stand on the wall side, though with all similar systems, the tie interferes and to pass has to be dropped out of the way and then re-set once past. With Power Mast the nature of the tie and mast connection allow the platform to travel freely up and down the mast. If you must be next to the wall, check out our Power Pole.
