I have to say I’ve done this many times, but doesn’t seem to have disassembly in correct order. The end bell access covers should be the first to open with bolts loose to check that generator has been completely depressurized. But I wish I had this kind of visual guide when I did this job.

Right, but in real life, internal cover plates are so heavy, then, How can I pull out or extract this?, I've heard that can I use long stud bolts but I can't imagine this, can someone help me?

Hello! The rotor weight is? The air gap is? Which is the material used between stator and rotor? How you control NDE side horizontal movement, inside stator, when rotor is extracted? I wish you a better 2022!
