How do you exactly make these videos? Do you work on PowerPoint and record your voice at the same time? Or you do a voice over later?

I add the voice later. It's because if I add voice during screen record, the length of the video will be so long. That's why to save the time of my audience, I do it later.

I really like your videos! Much appreciated. Question: Why don't you type the text direct into the colored boxes instead of using Textbox and rectangle as a group? Suggestion: I see this video was made very beginner friendly but anyway I would show the people to select several objects e.g. select all lines in the correct order (holding shift) and set up most of the settings at once (e.g.duration). This will show beginners how to save a lot of time.
