@Hayley Victoria Crime question. Public order sections 3 and 4 the words and putting people in fear a punch. Common assault can also put people in fear via words and obviously your more serious assault. In my head, I can't split the difference.

Was just gonna watch the one Id first clicked on but now just having you playing in the background while reading articles 😁 "PACE should be your bible" - it is not... in my (limited) experience, officers have never even read it let alone studied it like a bible. I get the feeling that the College of Policing merely hand them booklets explaining the key pieces of legislation that they can use against the enemy
