I Don't answer comments till when a get round to the directors normally but I'll do this 1, just landed in ibiza sat on a bus😂. Bobs the best mate.... No worries gonna shout you out when I can mate youtube doesnt notify me when some of your vids drop so they not pushing you, only found you from looking at what channels watch mine, me and director love your stuff. If we do a collaboration you should have a good chat with him he runs all this stuff and deals with sponsors (well our agent does now) but we'll try and get you some buddy. Keep up the struggle!

In a country and at a time when when no-one seems to know how to do their job, it's refreshing to see a team of people who do know their stuff. I had a choice of apprenticeship, plant or truck division. Being a coward and not wanting to lay under dozers etc in winter, I chose the truck workshop. Gave me a fantastic career and life but it's good to see the challenges of keeping the plant running. I enjoy the content Baz & Co. Have fun every day mate. Thank you.

Baz. Just want to say how much I enjoy your videos. You explain things and show how the job needs to be done. You lead by example and I can see you don't ask anyone to do a job you wouldn't do yourself. I'm a disabled man and unfortunately, I'll never be able to do the stuff you and your lads do. Keep up the good work. And keep the videos coming. Always a highlight seeing a pop-up of a new video of yours to watch.

Hi Baz I've been watching your videos they are so interesting keep them coming. We use to hire Clive Hurt In the 60s and hire crane's from Foxes in the 70's it's great to see all these companies that Foxes now have in hand are doing very well. Even Jacksons who We had account with for over 30 years. Anyway I'm long retired now but I love watching the work ethics you have and the laughter with the lad's. That's what it's all about. My grand son now works for Foxes on the eight wheeler wagons. You take care all the very best.

Morning Baz, just watched the belt change video and picked up on your comment of staying away from negative people. Personally in life, that's the only way to be because any negativity around a person, work place or even a sports team quickly spreads and before you know it everyone is feeling negative so it's beneficial to mix and be around positive people making life a much better and happier environment to be in. B.T.W TOP WORK ON THE SCREENER. Kind regards, Darren Down

Good job. Nice to see Bob the Belt out doing a bit. Lol. Not sure I’d agree with you about using an old belt for skirts, I’ve found that the cords from the belt used as skirts will cut into the top cover of your product conveyor belt. Ok if the belt is on its last legs, but that’s just my opinion. Keep up the good vids.

Hiya Andy from Australia . Just wondering why the Forman didn’t catch those 2 flat rollers on the track, the belt cutting into the steel ect, surely a 30 minute walk around once a week should pick all this up before it starts cutting into the steel or the trackers getting worn. I think you need to find out who is suppose to to that , preventative maintenance is always better, and cheaper. Cheers

Bob is right, nobody wants to do the job. Society is getting lazier and more reliant on technology. Not many want to do hard manual work anymore. I grew up on farm so no stranger to manual labour. At 19 started working as concrete floor layer. After 20 years the back is now knackered and been waiting for a back surgery for 4 years now. But whenever we had youngsters starting, all they wanted to do is get on machines. Nobody wants to rake or screed concrete, everyone wants to jump straight on laser screed or finishing machines. And I know your frustration with people not doing simple maintenance on machinery. In this industry any machine downtime costs money to the company. And maintenance is not hard, a little effort goes a long way and keeps the wheels turning. You and your team are doing great, and thanks for all the videos.
