So relate to the loving lounging clothes and no to salons. I barely even like getting my hair cut. Time reading, wandering botanical garden, antique malls or thrift stores, walks and playing animal crossing are my self care things that fill my soul.

My self-care includes reading, puzzles, art, watching TV, and the big one-planning. LOL. Last year, I got into memory keeping and have been doing Project Life this year, so that is my newest self-care. I don't do mani/pedis/salons. Sometimes, I paint my nails or put on a facemask, but not regularly enough.

This video really made me rethink stuff. I am not the same person that I was when this year started. Some things I’ve grown a ton and some, I’ve taken 10 steps back. This refresh couldn’t come at a better time. I’ve learned I hate giving myself manicures and pedicures. The polish never lasts and it never turns out great. So I will make room in the budget to get them done by someone else while I read my Kindle. I miss doing creative stuff like my cross stitch…haven’t made it a priority but will now. Learning to love myself and get healthy and strong and not how many pounds I have lost by a certain day. I’m hoping tonight I have some uninterrupted time to finally sit and do my refresh. I’m excited about what this next quarter will bring.

I actually plan on Fridays as well, since family and weekends are crazy and if I don't set aside time on Friday it won't get done! and YES F1 is self care :)

110 % about spas!! I have a hard time when they do my nails, I get “dressed in my work clothes” as well- (it’s harder for me as I sell them, haha I always feel like I have to look somewhat perfect and hair done (because I sell hair products as well, it sucks to be on all the time) trust me it doesn’t happen often lol 😂

I hate manicures, but I’m okay with pedicures 😂 I don’t usually bother, though. I have an annual pass to the local aquarium, and that’s the best self care for me.

100% F1 is self care, although, being in the southern hemisphere, all the European races are at 1am, so not good for the sleep part of self care! I have a small planning channel, I’d love you to visit, but beware, I’m heavily influenced by you at the moment, so hopefully that’s not to cringey!
