This "auditor" is CLEARLY deluded. The security guys have every right to remove him using reasonable force if necessary once he has been told to leave and he refuses. That, is a FACT just the same situation if you were in a pub or nightclub. The building ISN'T a 'public place' in the same way as being in the street. It's a privately owned building which provides services to the public and as such, is only really accessible to those requiring those services (usually by appointment). Plus those who work there are also entitled to privacy. Surely to any reasonable, right minded person, this is obvious? Oh and they didn't threatened "violence" at all, they advised him that they would physically remove him if necessary, perfectly reasonable and lawful.

But then we are left with a wishy washy outcome to this format of auditing JC+. They either will or won't allow you to exercise your rights with or without violence or police involvement depending on the postcode lottery of where you are. I have been trying unsuccessfully for about 2 years now to hold the DWP to account for enforcing unwritten policy about recording public servants on the phone and some days I don't have the fight due to physical illness, and this could be the reason PTTP didn't wish to let them go down the hands on route. But the DWP are getting away with treating the most vulnerable among us with utter disdain, contempt and in the case of physically man handling people, with (unknown to them) disabilities for behaving perfectly legally, in a criminal manner which could very easily kill or injure somebody in a life-changing way. It's actual bodily harm and for people with or without a mental health disability can cause preventable suicide. I appreciate that is an extreme example but preventable suicide is on the rise.

btw, my comment was meant as constructive criticism, not a personal attack at all. i agree with another commenter on here that PTTP was perhaps having an "off day" and no one can say they've never had a bad day so that is more than understandable. it is just that, if you back down so easily, it just encourages the petty tyrants and their goons to try and use the same intimidation tactics again on ill informed people in the future. so in my opinion, doing a weak audit (like this undoubtedly was) could be doing more harm than good by emboldening these sorts of tyrants to abuse their so-called powers and peoples rights in the future.

Love your videos man and you got a bigger pair of balls than 95% of people and you probably had better things to do than wait an hour or more for the police, but you could have easily taught them all a lesson by having them call the police like in your other amazing audit, which they were in great need of. They would have considered you being 'forced out' by security to be a win and confirmation that they are correct regardless of what you said. May your amazing work continue. Best auditor out there.

It's like getting your medications at the pharmacy. You can see on your screen which one after I tell you I need one refilled, which one it is. "Sir is that the Lithium or the..." "Yes that's it thanks for letting everyone know the 6 foot rule isn't enough to make it to where they can't hear."

Job Centres are so hapless in dealing with these pests filming 1. Have a sign Access by Appoints Only 2. Secure entry into premises 3. Just refuse entry, don't engage, don't debate anything they say, effectively go away, game over

TBH PTTP, filming customers makes me feel uncomfortable as there might be someone caught on camera who doesn't want people to know they have been there/claim benefits. As I know if it was me in there and I was put on social media, i'd be horrified as I wouldn't want anyone who knows me to know I claim benefits. I love you as an auditor, and by all means audit these places, but filming customers isn't nice fella, sorry.

If they are in a public place you can film them.

You don't have to be claiming benefits to be in there. You could be looking for a job.

Security was all over you like "blowflies on a cowpat"! Our version in Australia is called Centrelink, and security there is non existent, as it should be.

You were very brave. The over the hill gang seemed a vicious crew who would stop at nothing. Next time you visit take more brave auditors with you with iron bars to defend yourselves. Did you actually find a respectable job opportunity while there, or was that not your purpose?
