I have doubts regarding Mumbai 3.0 . I believe this project won’t much further, fear that it might become like Amravati because there is not a stable government system in Maharashtra . There hasn’t been a majority government since 1985,. For example, take a look at the gift city and Dholera. Why do companies invest so much in Gujarat? One of the reasons being that there is stability in the region because of the stable government of Gujarat, in addition to it the government is not a coalition one, but a full majority government. Hence, I feel the project might not be much successful. I wish the chances of it being successful was greater as it would have revolutionise the way of living in Maharashtra.
