About 1% of the white population, which very unfortunately will (in all likelihood) occupy the corridors in high level politics, media coverage, law enforcement, judiciary, military and industry, is anti-Brazil and repelled by it's working class. Basic working class is treated almost like slaves and routinely pushed down to a life of slum living and maybe even crime. Minimum wage in Brazil is about US$ 52,00 per week (about US$ 240,00 a month) working 44 hours a week. Try living with that.
