How did this affect the speed and battery life? Interested, but wanting to weigh cost vs beneft

What tires did you get to put on this thing. I'm looking to add rubbers to my kids dune racer. We also did the headlights and a tail light and Ridgid 18v batteries 1 for each but need new tires.

Same page here, found some 13" on harbor freight but kids are complaining they are small when compared to the original 15" .
