Well, Let me Elaborate the story of this anime. It's a story of a talented young guy Korei who was a pianist (an expert of playing piano). Once his mother Saki died, He faced a mental breakdown and he stopped using piano because of unable to hear the sound of piano. He met Kaori who was a violinist. She helped him to return the same vibe of how he played piano and then he started liking her while she likes Ryota. During Concert, Kaori was affected by the disease called Anemia. Although she took a deadly surgery so that she can play violin with Kosei as a duet. Unfortunately, She died. But Her free spirit accompanied him to play the piano with the positive vibe. At her funeral, Her parents gave a letter to Korei which was written that she loved his piano skills since she was five. She fabricated her love, Ryota, So that she can get closer to Korei without hurting Tasubaki.
