I am very happy that she won for the Seminole tribe of Florida. I do have a very very huge question. Why is it that with all of the indigenous black people that were originally here in the Americas are presently being called African-Americans regardless of the fact that they have African bloodlines they are still indigenous being that they were here thousands of years before the Bering strait crossing. Somehow people that want to identify as Indian or native American and are biracial appear to get more credibility and recognition as an Indian versus the indigenous black people here in North America. The LIE continues to be told and taught to anyone and everyone regarding black American history. There are so many people running around as $5 Indians who are being adored and even given government funding and reparations for bloodlines they don't even carry. Yet once again black people are thrown to the back burner and put in the trash. There's so much history physical history that shows black people as the indigenous peoples of this land but even the native Americans and Asian native Americans they know who they are still will not accept us many of us are Seminole many of us are Choctaw many of us are Sioux many of us are Cherokee not to forget the Freeman. What I am saying is and what I am asking is for the help of all Nations to openly admit and to begin acknowledging the black indigenous peoples of North America because the more you keep showing Indians especially half or a small percentage of their bloodline and recognizing them as being full Indian and pushing us to the side good morning we recognize the nation as being just as racist and prejudice as the American government or should I say the white government. Anyway I love the pow wows this is great work big up to all!!! God bless

Stop! Miss Indian Nation speaking her beautiful message is NOT your agenda! The Indigenous woman is the most misrepresented, and trafficked person. You want to trade places? They were forced in schools, where their regalia, tradition, long beautiful hair and language was taken. Countless women and Native peoples were killed and buried with no celebration or knowledge of their clan. They were ripped and robbed of their lands. Their holy lands were stolen by lying treaties. Given food that they didn't know what to do with. Fire water that makes them sick to this day. So celebrate this warrior woman. Congratulate her for what she represents. Embrace her for the dances she dances and the loving words and life she brings.❤️
