Then, the customer and grid have the cheapest electricity. Include a V2G EV plugged in means the home overnight small demand is also home supplied. ( EV with its free home battery, Hahaha.) Ownership gives you future control. If you have a workable EV with the V2G feature or 2 EVs, then you might be able to go offgrid in the suburbs. All the government and utilities fees may be avoided. Feed-in rates can be low. It's just a future possibility, but you may not get the incentive. $.
