the referee called Let on Catherine Parenteau's serve. See the mark 22.43. Is that a change in rule ? Pickleball does not have Let during serve like in tennis, Right?

What happened to Hurricane Tyra Black? That was an incredible win she had last yr over ALW. Been waiting to see that rematch but haven't seen Black in any tournaments again. Did she get lucky?

I don't find it boring but some variety would definitely be appreciated. She's just so damn good. She could not have been better prepared by genetics, upbringing, training, and timing/age to dominate women's pickleball. People like her prove that pickleball has a high skill ceiling (since games with a low skill ceiling result in luck-based results with lots of variety). I'm looking forward to the talent pool deepening over time.

Anna seems to crash the net more when its deep to CP forehand more than when its her backhand, wonder why? my pea brain think anna can cover more distant with her forehand on the the cross court coming back to her right. mmmmm
