Cyber dragon is the card that is considered to have ended goat format.

CRV came out and was legal for one SJC in Goat Format before the next banlist dropped. Most of the format was played without CRV so the community just came to the agreement to exclude it from the format.

It is. But modern goat choose to play up to "The Lost Millennium", or cut off to Agust. Any card post TLM, are banned regardless of their power, like Vorce Radier. Which came out in the same series of tins as Exirion.

This is pretty cool, reminds me of the reasons why we call this game "YuGiOh". Link mechanics are fun and all, but it's a completely new game play that I would simply call it, "Duel Links" not YGO around my mates. Hope to see this tournament in SoCal in the near future. It would attract like 3-500 players, players like Bui, Corn, Suarez etc.

It is. There's three formats. The true goat format, which is up to crv. TLM&Exa. Then, up to TLM, and any cards post said set are banned.
