Correct. Russian radiostations started broadcasting it after it hit the charts in the UK. It was quite weird as more than 20 years ago Techno music was not popular in Russia. So you could be listening to Pop-, Retro- or Folk-music, and, all of a sudden, this Techno masterpiece could be broadcasted.

I was like 10 when I first heard this... Honestly, you had to be there to understand how/why hearing/seeing this again after all these years is extremely bittersweet.
