DK's nsp is strongest after 9 swings, not when fully charged. There's a "Melee Moments" Short about this; it also explains when intentionally landing the weak hitbox KOs off the top quickly.

Vs shield pressure DK actually has pretty good rolls. You can also pretty reliably hit them with up b oos if they jump from behind since the strong hit is frame 3 with intangibility

He has said for years that he will be returning. His mentality seems to have been that this has been an ongoing process with the game, and he has never considered himself retired, only not competing. With that said, PP returning to the competitive scene would be Melee's equivalent to the return of Michael Jackson.

You have to learn how to 9 wind punch, is so much fun, you kill falco at 40% in a neutral stage, at 30% in yoshis. For the qeue i use the audio swings and the flashes they appear. At 9 you shield or roll
