MY OWN INTERPRETATION OF THE MV: The five of them are in love. The color of the curtains and the rooms they entered denotes: - what kind of lover are they - their struggles to express their feelings toward a girl - love zone According to the rooms: STELL- is finding a way to express or rather confess his love SEJUN - torpe type. Scared and doesn't know how to say his feelings. JUSTIN - i think the frames represent himself and the missing picture in frames is his confidence. So maybe he doesn't have the confidence to win the girl's heart out of her many suitors. KEN - the silent type. Not showy. He just hides his feelings. The cube or box where he was inclose and the black room is his cold self. JOSH - is caught in an entangled complicated lovelife. Maybe torn between two girls or more. Then he dont know whom to choose. Or perhaps he fell in love with a girl but loving her will complicate things. Then, entered to the water scene part. It indicates that they already came to a point that they couldn't contain their feelings anymore that even water can't kill the burning like fire love or feelings toward that girl. They've fallen madly in love already. And of course, because of that burning like fire feelings, they were finally able to: STELL - find a way to express/confess his love (find the door). SEJUN - tell the girl what he truly feels (able to write those words). JUSTIN - have the guts or confidence to pursue the girl he likes (vanished the empty frames). KEN - break the barrier and show his love (break those cube thingy). JOSH - get through that twisted and confusing situation and sort out his feelings. So that's it. Hihi Sorry for my bad english.

Types of Love in Alab (My Burning Theory) *Stell/Yellow- Love that is lost. We can see that he got confused on what path to choose. Yellow signifies cowardice, so he probably chose the safer path, but doing so, got lost. *Sejun/Purple- Love that is hard to express. He's having a hard time telling his love. He doesn't know what to say, or what to do. In the MV, he's a writer, and being a writer means having a wisdom, which symbolizes the purple. *Ken/Black- Boxed/hidden love. Ken's love is black, coz it's a mystery. He's in a box, and yet its transparent. I'm gonna interpret it as he wants to keep his feelings hidden, at the same time, he wants to show it, but doesn't know how. *Josh/Red- Love that is trap. Just like Ken's, but this one is not by choice. He wants to express his love, but something is stopping him(symbolized by the rope). Red symbolizes desire. His desire to get away, as shown to his expression. *Justin/Green- Falling in love for the first time. Green means having no experience. Falling in love for the first time means having this ideas or standards to follow. I think the frame symbolizes the pictures(ideas) we try to fit in our relationship. We aim a picture perfect relationship. But we should remember no love is perfect. And of course, the MV also shows that because of their burning love they were able to break their barriers and were able to find love. Ken- I think the backflip signifies his intense emotion that he couldn't contain anymore and was able to breakdown his box. Josh- I'm thinking he was able to face the problem that stopping him, and was able to get away from his entanglement. Justin- He probably decide to let his guard down, and let destiny do its course. Forgetting his idea of perfect relationship. Sejun- He realizes that a simple 'I Love You' is an enough gesture to express his love. Hey A'Tins theory time! So my personal take on the theory is that the rooms/colors they are associated with is connected to how they are especially towards the feeling love. For Stell, he is yellow. Yellow is shown to be a happy color but it can also be symbolic of naivety. Stell is lost in this maze-like room where he struggles to find the exit. This could mean that his feeling are lost because of his naivete where he believes everything is okay when in fact its not. So his real feelings are lost within the maze of naivety and happiness. For Sejun, he is shown in a bedroom like setting where we claims are our "own" space. Purple is also associated by the emotion fear which is shown throughout our Pinuno's superb acting! He is afraid to tell/show his real feelings despite being able to write amazing songs. He's background is also littered with crumbled up notes the where he could have tried to express what he feels but end up not doing it anyway. As for Josh, he is seen entrapped in a jumbled red string. Red is symbolic for passion and also the more prominent "akai ito", red string of fate. This shows that his feelings are a jumbled mess and he can't find the other end of the string, which makes him so distressed as seen from his facial expressions. It could also mean that he is in a complicated relationship or his feelings for someone is complicated where he always ends up in this entanglement of strings. (Also could mean he is always theorizing/overthinking every thing because those strings also look like those strings in movies they use when they are connecting the dots to a mystery). Justin is green and I think this is interesting because green is symbolic for greed and also disgust, in a positive note it can be symbolic for nature and calm. He is shown to have frames around the room where he literally poses inside them. This might mean that he's "greed" for the one he loves pushed him to hide behind a façade in which his true self is suppressed. He's seen himself as, literally, a picture perfect character for the person he has feelings for to show interest in him too. The other meaning for the color green could also mean disgust in which while doing this persona, he is also disgusted at himself for hiding and pretending something he's not. Now Ken, he is inside this empty room with a cube and the space is black. Black can be associated with hiding something or mourning. He is shown to be sitting there our somehow angrily dancing to the beat. He could be trapped inside his feelings of mourning and cannot get out. Also, it could mean that he is bottling up his real feelings and not opening up to people around which can cause harm. But I think, personally, that this means Ken was in mourning. This is further strengthened in a later scene where all the boys are in a dark room with water. They all could be sad that their feelings are a mess, or in other words they can't express their feelings as easy as they want to. Adding to the scene where Ken was suddenly shown in a white shirt, this means that he has gotten over his grief and that's where he starts to break out from himself. He tore down the cube that was trapping him. Ken was already black and the others was "tainted" black. The dark room water scene also is monumental to the others as they had felt the sadness of not being able to express their feelings. The water could also mean that they'd cry it out. After this scene we see them break out of their rooms or color. Stell found the exit. Sejun wrote the words. Justin lets go of the frames. And Josh let the strings drop. They are now shown in this white room where all the colors are in the background. They had sorted out their feelings and have found a way to healthily express them. We got to the end and we see the dark room water scene again, which could mean that even when they had figured things out, their are still times where they would feel really sad but when they get past it they would look back to that moment and just thought that in the end, without having to go through that moment, they would never have reached their destination. That's why we see them looking back. And we got pose by the question, "What color is your love?" Meaning they have shown different types of people when it comes to feelings and our emotions, but one things for sure, when you love someone, expect waterworks. But that's just a theory. Stan SB19. Each of them represents different meaning of Love. JOSH- those strings binds him from pursuing his love KEN- the box represents his comfort zone, like his afraid of what may happen if he ever step out of his zone STELL- represents lost, he can't find his way or is confuse of the right path JUSTIN- those frames means that he is trying to fit in. Like in his line "many guys are courting you, will you ever notice me" or something like that, so he is tring to fit in. SEJUN- someone who is afraid to tell his real feelings. Ok time for a little MV Anaylsis (correct my analysis, it will be a pleasure) Each member has shown their different "colors" of LOVE. JUSTIN (GREEN) - Love that expressed yet limited by Aesthetics and Humor represented by the well-groomed Justin, his actions, and his room full of picture frames. SEJUN (PURPLE) - Joyful yet "Torpe" Love, Sejun's aura in the MV is very vibrant and excited about Love yet when faced to confess, has a hard time expressing. (shown by the frustration in writing on the paper) STELL (YELLOW) - The Easy-Going yet Undecided Love. Enjoys the idea of Love yet does not know where it will lead to. (shown in the maze-like room he entered) KEN (BLACK) - Love that is Suppressed yet full of Passion. (shown in Ken's bad boy acting and the room like he is caged but inside he is very full of passion shown in his dance moves) JOSH (RED) - Love that is Aggressive yet very Confident. Represented by the twines in the room, this Love may seem difficult to understand but this is the kind of Love one can be in Confidence of. Overall, SB19 did not only showcased their Singing and Dancing Skills here. But also their ability to deliver messages thru their Acting and Body Language. This MV is about getting out of our comfort zone and deciding to overcome those internal obstacle we are going thru, just like how SB19 has overcome their Love Obstacles in this MV. This MV gave me more reason to stan these boys! THANK YOU FOR BEING A PIONEER OF INTERNATIONAL FANDOM PPOPSIS!
