My ex pulled a PPP loan and she doesn’t even own a business! No collateral let alone the credit to do anything! Fraud up and down and my friends who actually own their own business got denied…

EXCELLENT presentation. What are your thoughts on the fraudulent loans of $20k and under? Many state that the Feds are not concerned with loans $20k and under. What is your stance on that?

Great question. The answer is not simple. But these smaller loans may be low hanging fruit that although each loan is small, the aggregate is likely significant. If investigations can be streamlined, I see it as a recovery pot.

When the next opportunity comes up, I bet con artists will lie on loan applications again... they'll just keep it at or under $30k. Why not, if they won't be punished anyway? What a kick-in-the-blank. Thousands taken out of my paycheck every two weeks, and this is what it's used for. Slap-in-the-face.
