You guys need to know that most PSP games were made to run at 30 fps. And I mean most. If your game is running at 100% (30/30 fps) just enjoy it like that. There are some ways you can force your ppsspp to reach 60fps, like the render duplicate frames to 60hz option. But 1. Your phone needs to be beefy to do it. 2. If it can't quite teach that 60/60 speed which would be the new 100% your game will run even slower than at 30/30.

1.15.4 is near 16% faster than 1.15.3 in GOW GoS heavier scenes Went from 50 to 58 fps with vulkan ppsspp x4 (1080p). for a cheap phone like samsung a34 5g, it has great performance, no throttling, 60 fps 95% of the time. Using ppsspp x3 60 fps rock solid always.
