Congrats Nico! It is almost impossible to put out more than a couple videos a week while working a legit job and you really need at least three as you said. You have the chops and you know what means to build a company so this is the same thing. I hear you about subscriber numbers and that slow steady push. You content and production is really great so the next bit is just to get noticed. I know we struggle with a unified message that people can count on each time they watch. We did a video like this (sort of future of the channel thing) and it was really helpful actually. We got some really useful feedback. Entertaining, fun informative, and honest and you are all that. I'm really looking forward to watching your channel go nuts! You are an inspiration :) Franny

Thank you Franny! And you both are the best subscribers ever!! I actually said to myself that I won't build something new like 2-3 years after I sold my company. But actually I already started in November without really noticing. But it is fun, so it is good!

Wow, you are brave and maybe a little crazy LOL guiting your job I'm sure you'll be successful at doing KZbin full-time. You are off to a good start. I personally don't like videos that are over 20 minutes long and maybe others feel that way too, so hopefully you can keep your videos kind of short. Best of luck!

Yes! I feel work is much less worth when I don't do it for my self and I just can't do as much as when I am doing stuff for myself like now..!

Hello Nico, It is a big step what you did and I am pretty sure if you did because you love been more creative, will work somehow, that for sure.
