Ingredients:-
Potato - 2 medium
Soya Badi -1 cup or 200 grams
Onion -1 large
Tomatoes - 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
green chilly -1
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander [owder - 1 tsp
Cumin black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
green cardamom - 2
cloves - 4 to 5
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
