Thanks so much 🙂🙏 The motivation depends on you yourself. The best way is to visualize yourself at 60 after retirement and I find the prospects better in Canada. This keeps me and Shelly going. Plus the happiness of achieving our dream and living it to the fullest keeps us going. Khushi to humko khud dhoondni hai, nahi to kahin bhi chale jao maza nahi aayega 🙂

We are already in Canada but were having second thoughts on our journey because we had good careers back home and we moved here to fix our health and wellbeing and be close to nature but now here have to start at low wage plus uncertain job market and what not. But you guys have shown a different perspective which we really appreciate.

Buddy we also started on low wages and we are still not very high, believe me. But we find happiness in what we get. I believe in data and I always prepare an excel for everything. End of the day if my income is more than my expenses, I am happy. It does matter what job I do but the primary thing is the income. We are on track and now we will rise from here. When we came here we knew already that we will have to face it - right? Then we should face it. Bring it on!!!! This is how I see it 🙂

Thank you so much 🙂🙏 I followed a very transparent approach. Since the time we started applying since 2015, I aligned my managers. I even tried if I could get a project here or if I could get an opportunity however it could not happen. In the last 2 years of the entire process I informed my manager step by step of the proceedings. The only documents I required were salary slips, my appointment letter and a detailed reference letter explaining my KRAs and those were easy to get. If your managers are aligned these things are easy. As I worked with only 2 organizations in 18 years, it was not very tedious to get. Hope this helps

Thank you so much 🙂🙏 The handbook that you get when you apply for an IELTS exam is the best guide. There are some people who guide you to get good scores. Check online and you will get some good teachers. They charge nominal fees and train you.

Thank you so much 🙂🙏 To crack reading you have to look through the questions and then find the answers, versus reading the paragraphs first and then looking at the questions. In the 1st, 2nd and 3rd part you will find the answers in sequence. Try doing a practice paper with this approach. It will definitely help. Read the question and find it in sequence and let me know if it works 🙂
