Poda Pitha is an authentic 'Baked Cake'/Pitha prepared during 'Raja Festival' in Odisha. It is made with fermented black/white gram, Raw rice, coconut, cottage cheese, jaggery & clarified butter(ghee).
Different Flavours & types of 'Poda Pitha' are prepared in every household of Odisha during 'Raja Parba'
Speciality of This Particular Pitha, it is prepared in a slow baking method. The outer crust of Poda Pitha is slightly burnt While it's super soft inside.
