Shouvak Because this uploader must enable subtitles available for anyone to make. The problem is, that he is not active these days. The other reason is that it's hard to find the original Biker Mice cartoons these days. There's only dubbed versions

Shouvak And if you manage to find original version, try to find uncensored version (Finland was lucky enough to include all episodes uncensored). What I know is that only first season is available in English. The only available episodes in English from other seasons are the mars trilogies "Back to Mars" and Once upon a time on Mars (This series version. I note this, because there's also same named episode in newer version of this)
