39:52 Give the Empress a Gladius style bounce but a slower attack speed, with each attack adding a stack until X stacks are reached (which then triggers the mind control mechanic upon unit death). Also have her range to seize mind controlled units be the smallest of the bunch.

Your description of the Dalventhos slingshots reminded me of the unit launcher from Planetary Annihilation, but not autistic. If Dalventhos forego orbital deployments in favor of slings does that mean they are susceptible to orbital bombardments? Or do they have effective anti-orbital weapons on server worlds? Re: Late game infantry. Maybe if the Dalventhos infantry units are a staple sort of like Mavericks their mid/late game infantry tech progression could be factories which produce ever greater parallel queues of the t1 infantry for good ROI, e.g. if you could produce 2 mavericks at once for 75 minerals at tier 2 terran, 4 mavericks for 100 at tier 3, etc Re: WoW themed RTS I think your races would be: Alliance Human Dwarves & Gnomes Night Elves Drainei We don't talk about Worgen Horde Orcs Trolls Tauren Blood Elves (Void Elves are alliance IIRC. And also dumb) Goblins Sylvanas Undead Neutral/hostile factions Ahn'Qiraj (endless swarming sentient insects the size of rhinos) Scourge (Specifically Lich King scourge) Burning Legion (encompasses all "demons" including Fel Orcs) Satyr Gnolls Pirates (A hodgepodge of races like the Embra Cyt) Factional variants would be Kul'Tiras humans, Sunfury Blood Elves (Kael'thas aligned vs Silvermoon aligned), post-Lich King Death Knights As a start. Too bad time isn't infinitely available because I'd definitely play your take on a Warcraft RTS.
