Courtney likely works at a retail store or gas station as her full time job. Not that people at those jobs can't be smart, but there's a stereotype for a reason, and she fits it. Heck, I work those lowend jobs because I'm lazy and I don't want to be a boss or manager due to the stress, yet I have applied myself and have gotten "Smart people" jobs before too. Either way. Courtney doesn't listen to anyone else but herself and what she believes. She doesn't go out of her way to challenge herself and her own beliefs. This is why her and her partner couldn't afford to go to trial with that one lawyer because they claimed to be broke. A lot of these people are in their terrible situations due to their own actions. Bring up their bank and credit card account statements and I could easily figure out where 100s of their dollars are going that they don't need. All this to say, she's projecting. I don't have much medical education, but I do enjoy learning psychology in my free time, so I know a thing or two about psychological disorders, thus why I wouldn't judge so quickly and project like the uneducated team of Trilogy and Courtney do.

There are a lot of reasons why a person don't show emotions, for example being on the spectrum, in chock, nervous, depressed etc. He 's perceived as somewhat "off" and has a verbal expression as someone on the spectrum. This catch was quite disappointing on how you handled things. It didn't feel professional and seemed more like it was more important to scold and shame him. He is doing something wrong, but you won't get any confessions or informations ouf of him the way you talked to him. I usually love these videos, and think that Courtney is awesome and the amount of work that everyone at Trilogy does is phenomenal, but I have to admit... this is the first time ever where it feels like she is saying a lot of unnecessary things or interrupting/taking charge way too much. I don't think it was intentional, as I'm sure everyone there is very stressed and exhausted, but she just seemed very emotionally charged and headstrong/cocky in this one. I can't possibly know what's going on in someones head, but I think that if things get out of hand like this, then it doesn't look good on anyone there, and if doing this stuff on a regular basis is too mentally taxing for her or anyone else on a given day, take a break. All it takes is the wrong person at the wrong time that gets aggressive and ends up hurting somebody on the team in retaliation. Hopefully the next one doesn't go the way this one did and is more straightforward and less what feels like milking for content. I am NOT defending the predator, as people like this 100% deserve the repercussions of doing sick acts like preying on kids, but this just felt very "off" compared to the usual stings.
