I don't think that bhairava is karna ofcourse in climax it was shown prabhas as karna but think of it like this Vijay dhanush was made by Vishwakarma on the orders of bhagwan shiv which was given to bhairava a shiva's ansh avtar which was passed down to parshuram and we know parshuram gave Vijay Dhanush to Karna (it is possible that prabhas shown as karna Just to distract from main plot) so i was saying that this bhairava is an actual shiv avtar as each time bhagwan vishn took an avatar lord shiva also came down in some kind of avatar

Demonn can use gandiv as he recive kalki serum but ashwadama cannt use vijay dhanus (as he ansh of lord shiva and even after he recived his gem on his head😅😅😅😅) Also if gandiv was found because ocean is no more then why they not able to find sarangha bow used by ram and krishna and after arrow hit krishna toe the bow flew away and land in ocean then why they not found sarangha. Also if sarangha took away by varuna dev then same applies for arjuna gandiv hence arjun give it to varuna dev . Also lord ram threw his sarangha in Rameshwaram and lord varuna took it and in drawpar yug same return to lord krishna . So how same can't applied for gandiv as mention . Also what they tell for costubh mani . Also at time of krishna birth all pheredars got sleep. Also where us hanuman ji as kalki birth in danger because hanuman ji also a avatar of rudra. Even no any weapons of universe can harm him .even not Sudarshan and ram Barna(from sarangha Bow ,much powerful than gandiv).
