Never take more than two years course as international students, if money matter. Get good-one two years program(do study for at least 4 semesters doesn’t matter you choose one program or two program) will give you three years work permit later Secure PR. After PR you can even go for PHD or University etc. But till PR you Will get enough knowledge which path should I choose. Don’t be like Indian to collect degrees n diplomas here experience matter with minimal education. Just do study as much which can help you to find your first job in your field of study.

I want to share my thoughts on this as a commerce student. I am studying accounting in Vancouver and I am in diploma program. I think if you are coming as an international student take a 2 year diploma (associate) program and get your PR first. After that you can continue to study after PR and complete your degree. In my case I will complete my diploma and if I would like to continue further that diploma will count towards 2 years of my BBA. After PR we do not have as much fees stress. Also would like to recommend every international student to enroll in a CO-OP program if you want to find a job related to your studies without any experience. Best wishes to all:)

@@ekam3666 I am studying in Langara college Vancouver and they have a requirement for maths. I have not done maths in grade 12, so they held an exam for the same as a pre-requisition to take the maths courses. Also for business accounting their is one maths course called mathematics of finance. It is related to financial calculations like present value of cash flows etc. Thank you:)
