It's very simple, toxic means dirty water and u want to replace it, just pour clean water... The dirty water will be replaced by clean water by continues pouring of clean water... Try it out... Clean water means spiritual thoughts.. Through ur 5 senses everything comes in.. Pay close attention towards them...
@ServantStatusMinistries
@ServantStatusMinistries 2 жыл бұрын
Also many times toxic thinking comes from bitterness, unforgiveness of others or self, perfectionism, holding a record of someone wrong doing you or who has done bad against you but you keep replaying the thoughts of you don’t tell them they wronged you or too afraid to confront them so you play scenarios in your mind, while other times it’s people around you that hate you or are jealous of you but pretend to be your friend and they are really an enemy and put bad thoughts and lies into your mind and if you go to bed angry you meditate on it in your sleep. So think about if there is anyone who you may need to forgive even if they wronged you so you let that burden go. Forgiveness is also for you and not just for the other person especially when they think they did no wrong Believe in Jesus that He died for our sins on the cross and that He rose from the grave on the third day overcoming death and is now at the right hand of the Father God in Heaven. Because Jesus overcame death and sin when you put your faith in Him He will send you a helper which is His Holy Spirit and will guide you into all truth and righteousness and you will no longer have toxic thinking or thoughts which comes from the devil who attacks your mind. Much love! .

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:05 *⏰ Building the habit of waking up early* - Building the habit of waking up early requires more than just setting an alarm. - Preventing day one failure involves breaking down the waking up process into smaller steps. - Establishing a consistent sleep schedule is crucial for sustaining the habit of waking up early. 02:18 *🌅 Implementing strategies for waking up early* - Implementing strategies like not snoozing the alarm and gradually getting out of bed can help overcome the initial struggle of waking up early. - Having a wind-down routine before bedtime, such as avoiding screens and engaging in calming activities, can facilitate falling asleep earlier. - Balancing both waking up early and sleeping early is essential for successfully maintaining the habit. Failure is not happening specifically to u or me . It occurs in everyone's way. Don't take it too seriously . Self care is important ( nobody tells us!) . Relax for few days and start it again or u can go for other things . I know it's hard to deal with these terrible thoughts.
