Extremely helpful sir. Grateful. Can you please post a video on how to deal with mother in laws during preparation phase when they say demotivating stuffs. Really felt Sir'swords are so true specially planning for next day a night b4 didn't allow me to have good sleep rather made me more anxious 😰..I tried that music therapy and imagination of success as once earlier sir had told in another vdeo.. really works 🤩.. thanx so much Sir for such great psychological videos..infact who can better tell such nice tips other than a wonderful Psychiatrist like Praveen Sir!!

Your videos went to those person who understand that video or really deserve that ya, these may be at lakhs of views if in this video there is alot of motivation line as like (tum kr sakte, kr jao, kuchh kr gujro typs) but this is nonsenseable actually the real understanding is that u have sir, and ofcourse as u r a Doctor so.....
