Sir i read in books ,for free float finishing of preceding activity is constrained but starting of succeeding activity is not constrained.i also read all event must occur in the earliest time ,from this it shows that succeeding activity is constrained na,isn't ?.do why is it written in book that succeeding activity is not constrained.
